Sunshine Health Foods has been Jackson County’s health food store since 1976. Long before “wellness” was an aisle at every supermarket, folks in Pascagoula knew where to go for herbs, vitamins, and a straight answer about what might actually help.

When are you open?
Monday through Friday 9 to 5:30, Saturday 9 to 3, closed Sunday. We’re at 2946 Market Street in downtown Pascagoula.

That’s the whole point of the store. Come in and talk to us. We’ll listen, show you options, and give you an honest opinion. No pressure, ever.
